Why is my shipment delayed?

We have been experiencing delays due to COVID-19 related supply chain disruption.

 

Where is my order confirmation email?

You will not receive an email with your invoice until your whole order has been shipped.

 

My discount code is not working, what do I do?

Contact us at sales@outdooronline.com.au and we will issue you a new single use code.

 

Can I expedite my shipping?

If you require your order immediately please contact our staff at sales@outdooronline.com.au to discuss available options.

 

Can you ship internationally or process international credit cards?

Yes we do ship internationally, please contact us at sales@outdooronline.com.au to get a quote for shipping.

You can pay using an international credit card through PayPal.

 

How can I pay for my order?

We accept all major credit cards including AMEX. We also accept payments through PayPal, Afterpay.

 

How long will it take me to get my order?

If we have your item in our Brisbane warehouse we will endeavour to ship it the day its ordered via Startrack which usually provides next day delivery. If stock is held in another location it may take a few days to ship (a guide to these time are detailed on each product page).

If you require your item to be shipped to a PO box this can take longer for delivery due to Australia posts slower delivery times. Upon request we can ship express Australia post, but there will be an additional fee.

*Note-Due to COVID and border restrictions there have been some delays in interstate deliveries.

 

How can I check the status of my order?

Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes, but please notify us via email at sales@outdooronline.com.au.

If your order has already been shipped and you change your mind and want to return the goods for a refund please notify our staff at sales@outdooronline.com.au. Please note once we have received the goods back and have inspected them and found they are in good order (unworn, free of marks or odours and with all the packaging and labels), we will refund the amount paid, minus the original shipping costs. If you received free shipping for your purchase a standard amount of $15.00 will be deducted from your refund to cover our shipping costs.

 

Can I exchange my order?

If you wish to exchange your order with another product, we can process your request as long as the item is it’s original condition and hasn’t been worn and the tags are still attached. If you wish to have your order shipped via mail there will $15 restocking fee (this fee covers the shipping back to your location).
